Part Design.
Have an existing concept, or a part designed for 3D printing? We’ll take it and turn it into a completed part design suitable for injection molding using our in-house engineers. And because we also make the parts, the design will meet all manufacturability requirements.

Building the mold.
Injection molds are large, precision machined tools made of hundreds of parts where mistakes can costs thousands. We project manage the mold build for you, and can use international mold builders to control costs while using our internal tooling department to correct any final issues.

Manufacturing the product.
With a range in sizes of injection presses and a manufacturing facility that operates 24 hours a day, we’ll manufacture your product according to strict quality control processes.

Assembly.
Need your products packaged in boxes or assembled in kits? Our assembly teams and warehouse can handle that for you.

Freight and Logistics.
Need the product palletized and sent to a warehouse, or straight to your customer? Our dedicated logistics team handles it for you, using our volume to get you the best LTL or FTL freight rates.

Mold Maintenance
All molds wear over time. Using third-party shops can lead to unexpected expenses, and take your mold out of production for weeks or months. With our in-house dedicated tooling shop with multiple CNCs, we can rigorously maintain your mold with skilled career tool and die professionals.
